Niloo Tavangar currently serves as the VP of Educational Development for Y.O.U Consulting Group (YCG), and is a certified Y.O.U. Trainer and a certified Y.O.U. Life Coach.  In this role, she manages the development, outreach and facilitation of The Ultimate Life Tool. 

After receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Women in Business from California State University at Fullerton, Niloo pursued her creative and artistic talents in the Salon industry.  She spent 13 years as a Performing Artist with Redken while managing her Salon and her private cliental.  Her specialties encompassed educating professionals in the art of color correction to Salon Business Development and Strategic Business Planning.  Her most passionate work entailed Training the Trainers and mentoring South Africa’s Redken and L’Oreal Salon Sales staff and Redken educating Artists.   She is an award winning Artist with more than 20 years experience and has had her work published in leading industry magazines.

Becoming a mother to 3 children fueled her passionate quest for further understanding human relationships.  Niloo is also certified as a Parent Educator with The International Network for Children and Families (INCAF) in the Redirecting Children’s Behavior philosophy.  She currently speaks at conferences and professional development workshops on relationship management in business, home and life.
