Rochelle Monroe is a Certified YCG Life Coach and Life Purpose and Career Coach.  Her mission is to help you navigate from where you are now to where you want to be.  It is all about you!  She will assist you in understanding yourself, what drives and motivates you and how to best interact with others at work, home and play.  In other words, she will assist you in discovering how to live authentically while enjoying a satisfying work life balance.  Rochelle encourages her clients to take a holistic and balanced approached in pursuing their goals.

Focusing on just one part of yourself can create stagnation and can result in you neglecting other parts of yourself.  Rochelle helps you design a blueprint to create the life you love and live your dreams!  When you successfully create balance in your life, it is easier to handle your daily duties and still have enough energy to take care of yourself professionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Rochelle has over 25 years of experience in managing budget, human resources, information technology, safety and training, customer service and public information and outreach programs.  Her experience includes conflict resolution, strategic planning and mentoring and leadership development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in Counseling from San Diego State University.  She also is a certified Feng Shui practitioner and a member of Internal Coaching Federation.
