Welcome to The Ultimate Life Tool assessment. The test takes approximately 10 minutes and there are no wrong answers. Answer each question as quickly as possible. Pay close attention to the word "NATURAL" as many of us alter our appearance substantially with today's products and medical advancements. Try not to dwell on any one question too long. The purpose for taking this test serves to let you, family members, friends, recruiters and employers know best how to support you so that you may rise to your full potential. It helps to recognize what is appropriate for you. This, in turn, elicits mutual respect and cultivates success. Your ULT Certified Practitioner will contact you once your results are processed. Once you have met with your ULT Practitioner, you will receive a 7-10 page ULT Summary Report.
